What products can I buy on Casezy? 

Casezy offers a range of useful and trending products including packet sealers, electric nail clippers, magnetic phone holders, inflatable air couch sofas, portable nebulizers, and other everyday lifestyle essentials.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse the products, add your chosen item to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete the payment using your preferred payment method.

How can I order products in a bundle? 

Go to the Bundles page, select the products you want to add to your bundle, review your selected items, and then proceed to checkout to place your bundled order.

How can I place an order for all items in my cart? 

Go to your Cart, review all the products you have added, and click Checkout. Complete the payment and your order for all cart items will be placed together.

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept multiple secure payment options including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amazon Pay, and other major debit and credit cards.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? 

Cash on Delivery is available across India for all locations. You can select COD as a payment option during checkout while placing your order.

EXTRA ₹100 OFF – How can I get ₹100 discount? 

You can get ₹100 OFF on your order by choosing Prepaid payment while placing your order. The discount is automatically applied when you select prepaid at checkout. 

 

How do I redeem a coupon code? 

During checkout, enter your coupon code in the“Apply Coupon”field and click apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before payment.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments onCasezyare protected using secure payment gateways and encryption to keep your personal and financial information safe.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed quickly, and delivery time depends on your location. Tracking details are shared once your order is shipped.

How can I track my order? 

You can track your order by clicking the tracking link below and entering your AWB number or Order ID. You will also receive this tracking URL on your email once the order is placed.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect? 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at order@casezy.in with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and assist you with the next steps.
